I’m from Kansas City and the T-Bone and New York steaks were very good! The service was superb. If you are traveling thru Matehuala, I would highly recommend stopping here for a good dinner.

Very good quality facilities and dining area. Staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is kept clean. Food is very good, savory and well cooked. I would highly recommend trying the cabrito.

This place was so good! It came highly recommended from MexicoMike (who you need to check out) and it didn’t disappoint! The meat was so tasty and tender! The veggies done just right! The staff was attentive and helpful! I can’t say enough!! Thanks!!!

For my Amigos that are traveling federal 57 this is a must stop in Matehuala, this restaurant specializes in Cabrito (small goat), but they have other food as well, carne asada, tacos, chicken etc. They have a pretty nice liquor drinks selections as well. They don’t offer kids meals. Prices are fair, place is clean, and service is great as of may 2025. Don’t be afraid to try their Cabrito it’s really great, you would even know you are eating goat. So if you are passing through or going to Real de Catorce this is a good restaurant to make a stop and try it out.
